| We highlight with a strawberry icon those establishments that source more than 50% of their food ingredients from local and regional suppliers within a fifty mile radius and who support this with clear and effective marketing on their menus, and through the training of their staff. They must also offer quality cooking and serving of these ingredients, achieving at least one AA Rosette. |
