We’re excited to introduce a brand new AA Hospitality Award!

New for 2025, the AA Rising Star Award recognises an individual who has demonstrated exceptional drive, dedication, and leadership in their current role within hospitality. This award category is driven by nominations, allowing nominators the opportunity to showcase the value of their contributions to their work and highlight their unique strengths.

Award criteria:
To be considered for this award, nominations must include clear examples of how the award nominee has:

1. Raised standards: made an impact by elevating standards within their department, contributing positively to the overall success of the operation.
   
   
2. Inspired and motivated their team: shown strong leadership skills by motivating and engaging with their colleagues, as well as introducing ideas to boost morale and support staff retention.
   
   
3. Delivered initiatives: implemented initiatives (e.g. commercial, sustainability, accessibility, etc.) from concept through to completion.

Nominees will be shortlisted and the winner will be announced at this year's AA Hospitality Awards on Monday 22 September 2025, held at Grosvenor House, JW Marriott Hotel, Park Lane.

Deadline for submissions is: Friday 1 August at 12 pm

Please note: Only AA-rated establishments are eligible to submit a nomination.
