Iconic Luxury Hotels
Over the past four years, Crerar Hotel Group have been targeting the luxury market through a blend of high quality refurbishments and service authenticity. Since 2020 they have invested over £15m in the group's properties. This was a bold approach, taken by Managing Director Chris Wayne-Wills in the face of challenging trading conditions, but it's paid off with the group holding AA Four Star awards to the five Hotels (Isle of Mull, Oban Bay, Thainstone, Golf View and Loch Fyne Hotel) and Five Star Inn awards to the two smaller properties (Glencoe Inn and the recently rebranded Balmoral Arms). Furthermore, each of the hotels holds an AA Rosette and the two inns are working towards the same. As an employer they have also taken a very proactive approach to being an 'employer of choice' improving the working experience at the group and offering many impressive benefits and initiatives.
