About the award
This is the AA’s ultimate accolade for hotels in Wales. It is awarded to hotels that are recognised as being outstanding examples in their particular market.
St Brides Spa Hotel, Pembrokeshire
St Brides Spa Hotel is a serene escape by the sea in the heart of Saundersfoot, atop the breathtaking coastline, just moments from Pembrokeshire’s stunning blue-flag beaches. The hotel changed ownership last year and is now managed by the Celtic Collection. It has recently benefitted from an extensive refurbishment, all thoughtfully reimagined with refined interiors and bespoke design. Public areas are open-plan and have excellent views of the bay from the split-level lounge areas. Fresh local seafood is a speciality at the 2 AA Rosette Cliff Restaurant. The destination spa enjoys some of the best views and there are double treatment rooms and an infinity pool, all upgraded to reflect the surroundings.
