Katarzyna is an exceptional housekeeping leader whose commitment to excellence, people development and guest experience is evident throughout The Bloomsbury. Leading a team of 30 colleagues, she has created a supportive culture built on high standards, continuous learning and career progression. Under her leadership, the hotel has retained its AA 5 Star accreditation and achieved an impressive 96% cleanliness score. Katarzyna’s outstanding resilience was particularly evident during a major refurbishment affecting a third of the hotel’s bedrooms. Despite significant operational disruption, she adapted workflows, introduced enhanced cleaning and inspection processes, and worked closely across departments to maintain exceptional standards. Her team’s recognition as The Bloomsbury’s Team of the Year further reflects her impact.
